Better Opportunities for Single Soldiers (BOSS) is a dynamic Department of the Army program. Participants enhance their QUALITY OF LIFE, contribute to their community through COMMUNITY SERVICE activities, and assist in the planning and execution of their own RECREATION AND LEISUREevents.
(All meetings begin at 1500 hours at the Warrior Zone Conference Room, the second and fourth Wednesdays of every month unless stated otherwise on our Facebook page.)
The BOSS Program receives overall guidance from DA CIR 608-06-1. The Fort Riley Program is structured around the Fort Riley BOSS SOP. Living Quarters regulations are covered under the CG’s policy on leader visits to Soldiers and the III Corps Single Soldier quarters living standards.
At Fort Riley you can earn your Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal with only 100 volunteer hours! Stop by the BOSS Office at the Warrior Zone for upcoming volunteer opportunities.
2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month at 3pm in the Warrior Zone Conference Room. Come see what is available for the Single Soldier.
