Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree from Kansas State University in Kinesiology. Certified personal trainer through American college of sports medicine. CPR and First Aid through American Red Cross.

Goal: To develop an exercise routine that works for you and your goals, to succeed in forming a new lifestyle

Experience: I have been working as a personal trainer since 2002 and working at Fort Riley since 2006. As a personal trainer I believe in teaching my clients proper form and technique for the various types of exercises located at the gym. Each client is different and therefore has individual needs to fulfill their goals. Clients can expect to be pushed to reach those goals whether its weight loss, toning, body building or all around good health. I look forward to seeing you at the gym!

 Goal:To help clients reach their goals, improve their lifestyle, and improve their self-image!

Experience: I completed my bachelors in Kinesiology in December of 2012.  I have worked as a personal trainer for Kansas State University Recreational Services for two years and a group fitness instructor for 1 year.  I have experience with clients as young as 18 to as young as 79.  Regarding group fitness, I have experience in aqua aerobics, cycling, and an older population conditioning class.  I love each and everyone of my clients as I am excited for anyone who is excited to exercise and make a positive change in his or her life!

Experience I absolutely love what I do. I am also currently working toward my B.S. in Kinesiology. I struggled with my weight for many years but finally won that battle with discipline, motivation and patience. IHealth and fitness are more than just an outward appearance; exercise and diet make us feel better inside and leads toward living a healthier lifestyle. I am always available for emotional support, providing my clients with encouragement, motivation, confidence and strength to get the results that they need. I specialize in weight loss, muscle growth, core strength, circuit & interval training.

Goal: To create a workout that pushes you to be better than yourself.

Experience: I was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska and completed my Bachelor’s degree in Biology at the University of Nebraska. I have spent my life involved in physically demanding sports including football, wrestling and martial arts. I began my career as a firefighter eight years ago most recently in Savannah, Georgia. I am currently working to qualify for a doctoral degree program in physical therapy. I have always been interested in finding things I cannot do and working until they are possible. My training style depends on you and what motivation you respond to. My job is to create a program that is designed for you. My goal is to help you reach yours.
