Fitness Classes

All fitness classes are held at Whitside Fitness Center.

ABS: Get what you came for in 30 minutes or less. Targets all of your core muscles including those trouble spots.

Athlete Yoga: Reaches the athlete in all of us by improving balance, flexibility, power and stamina, which can result in improved performance, injury reduction and faster recovery for athletes of all levels.

Beginner Yoga: Whether you’re a beginning yoga student, or just new to Fort Riley studios, beginner Yoga offers a great class that strengthens, balances, detoxifies and exhilarates the body and mind. Beginner Yoga classes will have you moving, breathing and sweating, no matter your age, strength or flexibility level.

JOga: Yoga-structured class with added bodyweight training, the perfect combination of strength and stretch. Come ready for a challenging workout but leave feeling loose!

PIYO: Think fast paced Yoga and Pilates combined. Get your heart rate up with a class designed to build strength and gain flexibility. Tone your abdominals and increase overall core strength and stability.

Power Lunch: No matter your current level, this class is for you! Combine low to mid intensity cardio work with weights to build long, lean muscle and burn fat.

RIPPED: Experience this total body “plateau proof fitness formula” workout, utilizing resistance and cardio training, which masterfully combines resistance, intervals, power, plyometrics, and endurance.

Spinning/Cycling: A group cycling class that puts you in control of your intensity level. The low-impact ride builds cardio and strength, and burns hundreds of calories!

Yoga: Designed to enhance vitality and a sense of well being. Yoga will help you gain strength and improve balance and flexibility. It’s a great stress reducer too!

Zumba: A fusion of Latin and international music that creates a dynamic, exciting, and effective dance fitness workout.
