 HIIT: Quick and varied with hundreds of different workouts. These short, intense workouts get you in and out of the the gym in thirty minutes. If you are looking for motivation and results this class is worth checking out.

Rowing: Our 45 min workout will help you burn fat, build lean muscle, improve core strength and improve endurance.

Spinning : A group cycling class that puts you in control of your intensity level. The low-impact ride builds cardio & strength and burns hundreds of calories

Circuit Breaker : Aerobics & resistance training to pump the heart & muscles! Endurance & strength interval stations allow you to work at your own speed.

PIYO : Think fast paced Yoga and Pilates combined. Get your heart rate up with a class designed to build strength & gain flexibility. Think toned abdominals, increased overall core strength and greater stability.

Fusion a fusion of cardio pumping dance with muscle mania. The best of both worlds in a total body workout.

Zumba A fusion of Latin and international music that creates a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness workout.

Yoga  Designed to enhance vitality and a sense of well being. Yoga will help you gain improved flexibility, weight loss and is a great stress reducer. And its lots of fun!
