 Insanity ($) Ready for a challenge? This workout is sure to challenge you and help take your fitness to the next level. 

Spinning ($) : A group cycling class that puts you in control of your intensity level. The low-impact ride builds cardio & strength and burns hundreds of calories

Circuit Breaker ($): Aerobics & resistance training to pump the heart & muscles! Endurance & strength interval stations allow you to work at your own speed.

PIYO ($) : Think fast paced Yoga and Pilates combined. Get your heart rate up with a class designed to build strength & gain flexibility. Think toned abdominals, increased overall core strength and greater stability.

TRX ($) Suspension training is a type of body weight exercise done with the aim of developing balance, flexibility, strength and joint stability simultaneously. Excellent for any fitness level.

Jazzercise ($) Each 60-minute class features a combination of jazz dance, resistance training, pilates, yoga, kickboxing and Latin style movements.

Zumba ($) A fusion of Latin and international music that creates a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness workout.

Yoga ($) Designed to enhance vitality and a sense of well being. Yoga will help you gain improved flexibility, weight loss and is a great stress reducer. And its lots of fun!
