CORE: Get what you came for in 30 minutes or less. Targets all of your core muscles including those trouble spots.


PIYO: Think fast paced Yoga and Pilates combined. Get your heart rate up with a class designed to build strength and gain flexibility. Tone your abdominals and increase overall core strength and stability.


BODY PUMP: Experience this total body “plateau proof fitness formula” workout, utilizing resistance and cardio training, which masterfully combines resistance, intervals, power,  and endurance. More details here LES MILLS


ROWING: Our 45 min workout will help you burn fat, build lean muscle, improve core strength and improve your endurance.


SPINNING/CYCLING: A group cycling class that puts you in control of your intensity level. The low-impact ride builds cardio and strength, and burns hundreds of calories!


YOGA: Designed to enhance vitality and a sense of well being. Yoga will help you gain strength and improve balance and flexibility. It’s a great stress reducer too!


ZUMBA: A fusion of Latin and international music that creates a dynamic, exciting, and effective dance fitness workout.
