Gentle Yoga: Gentle Yoga is a slow flow class with gentle, feel-good poses focusing especially on the low back, shoulders, and hips.
HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training involves a combination of short intense exercise periods followed by less intense periods of recovery. Come get motivated, increase your athletic capacity, and burn more fat than ever before.
Joga: Yoga-structured class with added bodyweight training, the perfect combination of strength and stretch. Come ready for a challenging workout but leave feeling loose!
PIYO: Think fast paced Yoga and Pilates combined. Get your heart rate up with a class designed to build strength and gain flexibility. Tone your abdominals and increase overall core strength and stability.
Power Lunch: No matter your current level, this class is for you! Combine low to mid intensity cardio work with weights to build long, lean muscle and burn fat.
Prenatal Yoga: Geared toward expecting moms in any trimester of pregnancy. A very gentle class, it helps reduce stress, tune into your body, and prepare it for birth. Designed specifically for pregnant women, this class offers safe and relaxing poses for every stage of pregnancy.
RIPPED: Experience this total body “plateau proof fitness formula” workout, utilizing resistance and cardio training, which masterfully combines resistance, intervals, power, plyometrics, and endurance.
Rowing: Our 45 min workout will help you burn fat, build lean muscle, improve core strength and improve your endurance.
